Terms and Conditions
Free Night:
- To receive the free night, two consecutive nights must be stayed at 1 hotel
- The coupon will be issued upon check out.
- The coupons are transferable and can be given to friends or family.
- The coupons can only be redeemed at the issuing hotel and expires on April 30, 2011 at all
hotels except Hotel Gouverneur which expires on October 15, 2010.
- The coupons cannot be combined with other promotions and have no cash value.
- Free night coupon is valid for a stay in a standard room.
- Offer valid on new bookings only and not applicable to group bookings.
Food & Beverage:
- Food & Beverage credit will be emailed to guests who book on or before June 30, 2010.
- Lost vouchers can be requested at check in.
- Credit not available at Sandalwood Suites Hotel or Best Western Charlottetown - Free breakfast offered at these properties.
- Voucher does not apply to alcoholic beverages.
To redeem
Free Night:
- Contact the hotel directly and inform the reservations agent that you would like to redeem
your coupon.
- Redemption of the coupon is based upon availability and will be confirmed at time of booking
and black out dates may apply.
- The coupon must be presented at check in.
Food & Beverage:
- To redeem food & beverage credit, present at check-in and charge all food & beverage to room
and credit will be taken at check-out.
